Personas
The two distinct persona profiles underscore contrasting types of book buyers, each characterized by unique attributes such as age, technological proficiency, and disposable income. Despite these differences, both individuals share a common enthusiasm for reading. It is imperative that both personas can effortlessly and confidently navigate the offerings at JRS Books.
Scenarios and Task List
A scenario has been devised for each persona profile, outlining a day's events grounded in realistic situations. The subsequent task list is tailored to align with the specific skills and background of each individual.
Questions
