Moderator Script
Hello, my name is Suzann. I would like to start by personally thanking you for participating in the usability test of JRS Books. Before we proceed, can you please clearly state your name and state if you agree to be recorded during this session? Thank you.
For the purpose of disclosure, the user and the moderator are not in the same room. The user is at his/her home location. (Name), please make sure you are in a quiet room with little to no distractions. If you need a break, we can take one.
As we go through this test, you will be given a list of tasks to complete. Please "think out loud" by verbally expressing your thoughts and opinions as you complete each task. Questions will be asked to help me understand what you are thinking and why you performed tasks in a certain way. There are no right or wrong answers, so please be honest in your answers.

Please open the website and browse through the home page without clicking on any links. Feel free to voice your opinions and ideas out loud. Remember, there are no right, or wrong answers and we value your feedback.
Now I will give you a set of tasks to complete. I may ask questions as you complete these tasks to get an understanding on what you think and get clarification on your decisions.
