I selected jrsbooks.shop as the platform for conducting my usability test due to my passion for reading and my inclination to support independent bookstores. As an enthusiastic reader, I believe in the potential of this bookstore; however, there are numerous areas that could be enhanced to optimize the user experience and overall functionality of the website.
